The OTT 1814 CW is a compact four channel CWDM 3G-SDI to fiber transmitter designed for integration into a multiplexed CWDM fiber optic systems.
When paired with a compaible 3G-SDI receiver (e.g. yellobrik ORR 1804, ORR 1802, ORX 1802) it creates a very cost-effective 4-channel CWDM optical transmission system for signals up to 3G-SDI preserving full uncompressed quality.
The OTT 1814 CW has four fully independent channels and each will auto-detect and re-clock any 270Mbit/s, 1.5Gbit/s or 3Gbit/s SDI source before optical transmission. The module is fully compatible with 3G Level A and Level B formats.
There are 18 CWDM wavelength selections in 9 wavelength pairings, please refer to the SFP datasheet OH-TT-4-XXXX-XXXX (40km) or OH-TT-8-XXXX-XXXX (80km) or the ordering information table below for available options.
Like all yellobriks, the OTT 1814 CW is fully compatible with the RFR 1200 rack frame which accommodates up to 14 modules. This allows up to 56 channels in 2RU of rack space for system installations.
