ORR 1804
3G-SDI 4 Channel Fiber Optic Receiver
The ORR 1804 is a compact 4-Channel Fiber to 3G-SDI receiver designed to overcome the limitations of distributing uncompressed, broadcast-quality video signals over long distances.When used with the RFR 1200 rack frame It fits within 2RU rack height and does not require additional cooling.
When paired with a 3G-SDI optical transmitter (e.g. yellobrik OTT 1814, OTT 1812, OTX 1812), it becomes a cost-effective optical transmission/ receiver system for 3G-SDI signals up to 2k DCI while preserving full uncompressed quality.
The ORR 1804 has four completely independent 3G-SDI channels. Each will auto-detect and re-clock any SDI fiber source prior to electrical conversion. The module is fully compatible with 3G Level A and Level B formats.
As with all yellobrik modules, it is compatible with the RFR 1200 rack frame, which provides power redundancy if needed.
