12G SDI Fiber Optic Transmitter 10km
The OH-TX-12G-LC fiber transmitter is available as a plug-in option for select LYNX Technik products.
This SFP module facilitates the conversion of an electrical SDI signal into an optical signal for transmission over fiber. Wavelength is a fixed 1310nm and suitable for distances up to 10km* using singlemode fiber
The module accommodates 12G, 6G, 3G and 1.5G SDI signals conforming to SMPTE 2082, 424M, 292M.
Supported Lynx Technik products feature a build-in SFP socket (“cage”) for easy installation or upgrades. SFPs are hot-swappable.
A compatible fiber receiver SFP would be the OH-RX-12G-LC

* Distance is an approximation. Actual distances achieved can be longer or shorter depending on the type of fiber cable and accumulated optical losses in the fiber link. Determine link losses and perform optical budget calculations to ensure correct operation.
