The greenMachine HDR Evie+ (Enhanced Video Image Engine) license pack adds a real-time segmented frame-by-frame broadcast-quality HDR to SDR converter to the HDR Static and UPXD license packs. It supports 12G-SDI formats up to UHD 3840×2160.
It is the world’s first system to use an advanced algorithm for sectional dynamic tone mapping. It automatically analyzes different sections of an HDR image to apply optimal corrections on a frame by frame basis in real-time. This unique capability is unlike any other solution on the market. It is the perfect production tool for sports and live broadcast looking for high-quality, real-time HDR to SDR conversions. HDR EVIE+ helps drive equipment costs down and simplify the down conversion of HDR feeds.
